Prof. Ar Adrianta Aziz is the CEO of AR RAD ARCHITECTS PLT, an established firm with notable concern for sustaining the environment in architectural projects. AR RAD is formed in 2013 together with a team of energetic, progressive and well-trained projects professionals which offers services in the field of Architecture Planning, Landscape and Interior Design. Their collective experiences covers the entire scope of architectural service from Schematic Design to On-Site Implement- tion. Their knowledge on Contract Implementation and Management ensures timely completion of projects and quality control over builders workmanship.

Virtous Design and Build is the holder of CIDB G7 grade which has been granted the authority to take any construction projects without any contractual value constraint. We have a strong team of builders who excel in their job scope including hacking work, building, installing, painting, electrical works, carpentry, hacking and many more.

Our architectural panel, ARRAD architects has more than 20 years of experi- ence experienced We are able to do extension project of your existing building or even complete demolition and rebuild.

Syarifah is graduated from Taylors University and has years of experience in design. Always up to date with the latest and newest designing tool as well as trending style and design concept. Their collective experiences covers the smart budget allocation, floor planning, design concept, 3D visualization, and ensuring quality product in the project, we take pride in connecting with clients through good communication and great 30 design to ensure the visualization and clients' style preference meets reality.
We have a team of talented interior designers who are always up-to-date with the latest rapid change of the digitalization and designing software to ensure adaptation and upgrading to the newest advancement. Our IDs are passionate to help clients add style and luxury to their property while reflecting our client's personality. We specialise in residential properties, show homes for developers and other commercial projects. We take pride in communicating well and understanding the needs of our clients and giving them solutions that are stylish and practical.
